Our European blends evoke the authentic tastes and aromas of the finest European cafés. Whether reminiscent of strolling down the Champs-Élysées, sipping espresso in the Piazza Navona or enjoying the smells of freshly baked pastries along the cobbled streets of Heidelberg, a cup of Timothy’s European coffee allows you to rediscover the undeniable charm of old world romance.

The birthplace of Arabica coffee still continues to produce some of the finest beans in the world. First discovered in Ethiopia in the 9th century, early civilizations traveled across ancient pathways to trade their intoxicating discovery, which quickly spread across northern Africa and beyond. Today, Ethiopia is the third-largest African exporter of coffee and it is known for producing a variety of interesting tastes, from bright, fruity flavors to rich, chocolaty tones. Other famous African coffee regions include Kenya and the Arabian Peninsula.

Having been introduced to the continent in 1699, coffee has also experienced a long and rich history in Asia. In fact, Indonesia is the third-largest coffee producer in the world and its largest island, Java, is renowned for its gourmet, wet-processed Arabica beans. Two other Indonesian islands are also recognized for their high-quality coffee taste: Sulawesi for producing sweet, earthy tones and Sumatra for its unique, rich flavor. In addition to Indonesia, coffee is harvested in Asian nations as diverse as Vietnam, Thailand and India.

Our North American blends evoke the authentic tastes and aromas of the continent’s many seasonal gifts. Whether it happens to be sweet summer raspberry, decadent pumpkin pie or pure maple syrup, each cup captures the flavor of a truly genuine North American experience.

Just as with wineries, a coffee farm's geographic location can greatly affect how the plant grows and how the beans taste. Timothy's beans are roasted to highlight the unique characteristics of the land in which they were grown.

The length of roasting time is also important, as it determines a coffee’s color, texture and taste. In fact, each Timothy’s coffee has a specialized roast profile and our rigorous testing ensures that every batch is roasted to perfection. The result? Specialty coffee with an aroma and flavor so rich, you’ll want to savor every sip.

Timothy’s® offers a variety of coffees. Whether you’re looking for a regular blend, a decaffeinated option or a flavored java, you’ll enjoy the same high-quality Arabica beans you’ve come to expect from us in every single cup.
